WEDDING HELD AT THE FOUR SEASONS HAMPSHIRE

With roots that span across both sides of the Atlantic, Chloe and Dan entrusted Natalie and our team with the task of curating their dream UK destination wedding day at The Four Seasons Hampshire. Half of their guest list travelled from America, meeting the other half of their guest list who had journeyed from various locations in England – all to celebrate Chloe and Dan’s love story in the same place.

Navigating the intricate details of wedding planning from across the pond while tackling time difference, Natalie seamlessly collaborated with Chloe, who lives in America. Despite the geographic distance, we orchestrated a series of site visits and planning meetings during Chloe’s visits back home, ensuring that every element of their wedding day effortlessly reflected the couple’s vision.

Hosted at the end of September, their celebration was graced with gorgeous weather, allowing for their outdoor ceremony to take place in the enchanting Walled Garden. A breathtaking floral arch adorned the space, offering the couple a beautiful backdrop to exchange their vows. The bride was an utter vision, wearing a Monique Lhuillier gown, epitomising elegance throughout her wedding day.

As a complete surprise for Chloe, we had worked privately with Dan to organise for the end of the ceremony to be transformed into a scene reminiscent of ‘Love Actually’. As the newlyweds walked down the aisle, guests turned into performers, joining a trumpeter and a string quartet in a harmonious rendition of, ‘All You Need Is Love’. But the festivities didn’t end there, where guests were guided into the Ballroom, which had been transformed into an ‘against the garden’ inspired design. The most beautiful florals dressed the guest tables, with a double-sided top table in the centre of the dining area, surrounded by round guest tables. At the opposite end, a stage overflowed with luxury floral design, disco balls and flickering candlelight, setting the scene for an enchanting celebration at The Four Seasons.

With the intention to break away from tradition, Chloe and Dan swapped a wedding cake for a millefoglie, which the chefs from the venue wheeled out on a trolley and decorated in front of their awe-struck guest list. The couple’s transcultural celebration showcases our team’s dedication to creating unforgettable moments that resonate across continents.
