We worked with our clients to orchestrate an unforgettable three-day wedding weekend that was hosted at Pennyhill Park in Surrey, setting the stage for a celebration infused with sophistication and luxury. The festivities commenced with an intimate welcome dinner, an opportunity for their guests (the majority of whom had travelled from all over the world) to indulge in an evening of decadence. As they arrived, we ensured they had seamlessly checked into their accommodation, where we laid out fresh flowers, biscuits and truffles to await them in their rooms. This personalised touch added warmth to the already charming surroundings, ensuring that each guest felt immediately at home after their long-distance travels.
As approximately 70 guests arrived at the welcome dinner, a sense of anticipation filled the air, where champagne flowed freely and the evening unfolded against the backdrop of an ALR MUSIC string quartet. The dining room boasted original rich wooden panelling, where we opted to curate a subtly masculine vibe, artfully incorporating shades of blue and hints of antique gold throughout every detail. From the floral table centrepieces that were overflowing with blousy blooms in shades of ivory and cornflower, to the intricate place settings featuring golden cutlery, every element of the occasion had been styled with intention. The night was the epitome of refined ambience, where a feast set the tone for the grandeur that would follow as the weekend continued.
