Set in the depths of Hampshire, this private wedding at Heckfield Place formed the second day of a joyful weekend of celebrations, bringing family and friends together in a setting that felt timeless, elegant and deeply personal.
The day began with a traditional church ceremony, with the bride bagpiped into the service, creating one of those unforgettable moments that felt both emotional and full of character. Guests then returned to Heckfield Place for a reception that was colourful, vibrant and elegant in equal measure.
As the day progressed, the design and atmosphere evolved across the different spaces, with each moment carefully considered. From the drinks reception through to dinner and the evening party, thoughtful details, expert collaboration and a wonderful team of creative partners came together to create a celebration full of life, personality and warmth.
Our bride wore an exquisite gown by Philippa Lepley, designed and hand-crafted in London, with the couture house’s signature corsetry and craftsmanship bringing a beautifully timeless quality to the day.
Music played a central role throughout the celebration. Working closely with ALR Music, we curated the soundtrack across the day, from Celeste Duo during the drinks reception, to a quartet throughout dinner, before ALR Live Experience with DJ DaisyBelle took the evening into full party mode.
One of my favourite moments at any wedding is when guests stop observing and fully join in. It is usually a sign that the atmosphere has been set just right, not only for that moment, but for the day as a whole.
It was a true pleasure to bring this wedding to life at Heckfield Place, alongside such an exceptional team.
