Set within Sibton Park Estate (the Wilderness Reserve), the Walled Gardens blends nature with sophistication, offering a refined canvas for bespoke events.  Kat and Will approached us to host their multi-day wedding celebration, opting for an intimate family dinner on the first day of their four day wedding weekend, enlisting our network of prestigious suppliers to bring their vision to life. A huge amount of consideration is poured into our design concepts, working closely with suppliers to curate every detail – from the tableware to the stationery.

With floristry provided by Liberty Lane Florist, we crafted a ‘wild garden’ theme that aligned effortlessly with the venue’s backdrop. The tables were styled with a natural and organic feel, accompanied by elegant undertones that set the scene for the weekend ahead. Rustic-style wooden tables and chairs were paired with contrasting golden cutlery for a dash of luxury. Liberty Lane Florist filled ceramic bud vases with delicate English grown flowers that looked as though they hand been hand-picked from the garden.

Beeswax candles and handmade-felt bumble bees were thoughtfully placed throughout the table-centre, as well as featuring on an embossed meadow menu design. The stationery was designed to mimic the styling that cascaded along the table centre, with mini scrolls that greeted guests with their name and the pattern of the venue’s famous wallpaper on the reverse. To add an even sweeter touch to the tablescape, we incorporated a bespoke cocktail called, ‘Honey, I’m Home’, with a large honeycomb ice cube as a welcome drink for guests to enjoy. Subtle golden table lights provided additional lighting along the table, tying in with the golden cutlery that danced together to create the perfect welcoming dinner for Kat and Will’s guests.

The team at Rocket Catering were on hand to serve up a delicious feast, which was further elevated by the atmosphere. An occasion to remember and a pleasure to plan.
