You will work closely with your planner throughout the planning process and the decision on whom you appoint has to be right.
We only work with a select few clients each year so we can fully immerse ourselves in each and every wedding. We give you the time you need and deserve. We get to know you on a personal level. We understand your vision, pair you with like-minded suppliers and translate your intentions. We are honoured to produce such an important milestone in your lives together; and to deliver a memorable planning process to match.
Our Destination Wedding Design and Planning fee is based on a % of your final wedding spend – a minimum fee applies subject to the size, complexity and duration of your celebration. The starting point for our destination planning process is to create the event story; interpreting your vision and creating a design that is distinctive to you. Following a detailed planning meeting, where we talk through the whole event, we produce a synopsis and mood board for each stage of the celebration. This enables us to form the foundation for our planning. It provides us with a clear picture from the start, aiding us to source incredible products and to build the skilled team that will transform our ideas into reality.
TWO | SUPPLIERS
Building the right team from the start is imperative. We will only ever recommend the best suppliers for the job and those who complement your brief perfectly. It’s about curating a team who will work well together, support each other and deliver a wedding with the highest customer service and the best quality products. Working with reliable and experienced suppliers results in a seamless planning process and an exceptional event your guests will never forget.
THREE | PLANNING
Throughout the entire process we will work closely with you and on your behalf; attentively planning, sourcing and managing behind the scenes. We don’t over complicate this element because we know you don’t have time for that. Our thorough processes ensure financial management, logistics, scheduling, supplier communication and site visits are all handled efficiently without you having to get tied up in too many details. Creating our comprehensive “event report” will ensure each and every detail, movement and timing is considered in advance of your big day. Where ever you are in the world, we can communicate easily with you and your team.
FOUR | DELIVERY
Event management is the finale to our planning process. We will personally oversee the construction phase of a marquee build, and /or the load in and set up of production and the installation of florals at the venue, the arrival of you and your guests, as well as the de-rig at the end of the event. On the day itself we represent you for the entirety of the day; greeting suppliers arriving early doors to finish styling, welcoming guests as they take their seats for the ceremony, be at your beck and call as and when you or your guests need us, managing the flow of the day, working behind the scenes and seeing everyone off at the end of the night.
