WEDDING HELD AT FITZROVIA CHAPEL & THE LONDONER, LEICESTER SQUARE

It was a pleasure working with Chloe and Elliot to plan their wedding day at Fitzrovia Chapel and The Londoner Hotel. We had initially considered a selection of different wedding venues in the capital, but they quickly fell in love with the Londoner, which at the time had just recently opened its doors to the city landscape. It’s an incredible setting, typically designed for large-scale occasions, arming Natalie with the challenge to transform it into an intimate yet impactful space for the couple’s 100 guests.

Their wedding day began with a beautiful ceremony at Fitzrovia Chapel, adding a touch of classic elegance to their nuptials. To seamlessly transport guests from ceremony to reception, a traditional red Routemaster awaited the couple’s loved ones, whisking them away to the next chapter of Chloe and Elliot’s celebration.

Having planned a late-afternoon ceremony, the timings paved way for a lively drinks reception that featured a mesmerising string quartet, while guests tucked into crowd-pleasing canapés and sipped on delicious cocktails. Natalie curated the concept to divide The Londoner’s Ballroom into two distinct spaces. On one side, an intimate dinner setting emerged, boasting a double-sided long top table at the heart of the room, surrounded by round guest tables adorned with soft pink blooms by Wild About and chic black accents. The design seamlessly blended elegance with a contemporary flair, with modern ghost chairs elevating the event with luxury.

As the evening unfolded, the other side of the Ballroom transformed into the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable night of partying. A bespoke bar made a statement, accompanied by a large stage and statement dancefloor. Overhead, an intricate installation of leafy green foliage and disco balls added magic to the celebration. Chloe and Elliot’s guests were immersed in an incredible city-inspired atmosphere, ready to dance the night away.
