Bridal Skincare Tips | By Georgie Steeples

Bridal Skincare Tips | By Georgie Steeples. The search for beautiful skin is one that we all endeavour, however, this search is never more important than that of a bride in the lead up to her Wedding Day. There are so many products available, so once you find the combination that works well for you then there is no reason why you won’t have the skin you desire. Follow this checklist to ensure you get beautiful radiant skin on your big day:

O N E

It is important to know what skin type you have so that you can care for it in the right way and give it what it needs

If you haven’t already got a skincare regime then now’s the time to build one, cleansing every morning and evening is a great place to start

T H R E E

Always take your make-up off before you go to bed – always!

F O U R

Drink at least 2 litres of water a day and avoid smoking, caffeine and alcohol whenever possible

F I V E

Always wear an SPF, even on cloudy days

S I X

Avoid harsh abrasive products which strip the skin and cause dryness

S E V E N

Book in a couple of facials in the months leading up to your Wedding to give your skin some extra TLC. I don’t advise having your first facial in the 2 weeks before the wedding in case you have a reaction

E I G H T

If in doubt seek expert advice as this will save you a fortune in buying products that won’t be right for you

N I N E

Ask for skincare samples if you have particularly sensitive skin so you can try it before buying the full size

T E N

Exfoliate and moisturise your body on a regular basis too as this will keep dryness and bumps on the backs of arms away
