I begin your planning journey by finding out your ideas for your dream occasion; creating beautiful mood boards to inspire you for the style and design of your party. Taking your budget in to consideration from the get go is an important element of the planning and I work closely with you to ensure your budget is monitored throughout the entire process. Once a design and budget has been agreed, it’s time to book your suppliers. With an extensive recommended supplier list, I present you with a selection of available and suitable suppliers for you to consider in a bespoke and stylish online directory. This is by far the best way to select your dream team! As well as managing all of your paperwork and liaising directly with your suppliers, I will also have a number of planning meetings with you (if you require) and attend your supplier consultations (on your behalf). I will manage your RSVP’s, logging the responses and calling guests that haven’t replied in time. Pulling all of the plans together to create a seamless set up, clear down and on the day schedule and logistics plan ensures you can relax and enjoy the lead up to your party and days following. I will personally assist with the set up and clear down, as well as coordinate the day, from start to finish. With a wealth of industry knowledge, I will cover all aspects of your planning, to ensure your celebration is everything you imagined and more.
